Terms of Service
Effective 23 June 2026 · Version 1.0.0
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and QuantumHarbor, trading as evisa.help ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, using the service, or paying for an order, you agree to these Terms.
This service is offered to travelers resident outside the European Union, European Economic Area, and United Kingdom.
1. What we are — and what we are not
We are a private commercial business that helps you prepare and submit visa and travel-authorization applications. We are not a government agency, are not affiliated with or endorsed by any government, and are not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice.
You can apply directly with the relevant government, often at a lower cost. You pay us a service fee for the convenience, guidance, and document preparation we provide.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information for yourself and for any traveler you add to an application.
3. AI-assisted processing and your duty to verify
We use automated and artificial-intelligence tools to read your documents and prepare your application. These tools are helpful but not perfect and can make mistakes.
You are responsible for reviewing every field before submission and confirming it is accurate. By approving an application you confirm the information is correct. We are not liable for consequences arising from inaccurate information you submitted or approved.
4. Fees: our service fee and government fees
Your total may include two distinct components: (a) our service fee, charged by us for our assistance, and (b) government or authority fees, which we collect and pass through to the relevant authority.
Both components are shown to you before payment. Government fees are set by the authority and are outside our control.
5. No guarantee of approval
The decision to grant, refuse, or revoke a visa or travel authorization rests solely with the relevant government authority. We do not control and cannot guarantee any outcome, processing time, or approval. Our service fee pays for our assistance, not for a particular result.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Provide false, fraudulent, or another person's information without authority.
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to circumvent immigration controls.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
- Resell or commercially exploit the service without our written permission.
7. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
By paying, you expressly request that we begin work immediately and you waive any cooling-off or withdrawal period to the extent permitted, since this is a commercial service and EU/UK consumer-withdrawal rules do not apply to our customer base.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the service fee you paid to us for the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including missed travel, lost deposits, or government decisions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Intellectual property
The service, including its software, design, and content, belongs to us or our licensors. You may use it only as permitted by these Terms. You retain ownership of the documents and information you provide and grant us the limited license needed to provide the service.
10. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the service unlawfully.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. When we make a material change, we publish a new version and ask you to accept it before continuing. The effective date and version appear at the top of this page.
